Known as“workaholic” and an “independent person,” She has expanded her focus to newer horizons by setting up IQ CONSERVATORY NOW to help the needy and Music seekers. The youngest and most loved sister of Academy award winner Dr A R Rahman, it’s no surprise that she formed her own fashion line. She started her music carrier singing harmonies in the films Roja,Kadhalan, Thiruda Thiruda,May Madaham, Puthiya mugam,Indian and many more. .IsshrathQudahre has recently debuted in Telugu film Industry and have sung 2 songs in blockbuster movie “I” Nuvvunte na Na Jathaga” directed by ace film maker shanker and music composed by Dr A R Rahman.
She has sung in International Project “ Muhamed” ( Iranian Movie) music composed by Dr A R Rahman which is going to be released soon. She has performed with Dr A R Rahman more than 100 renowned concerts like “The Unity of Light”, A R Rahman’s “Jai Ho World Concerts” and many other concerts in India as well as abroad. Isshrathquadhre has performed in modern amphitheaters like Hollywood Bowl along with Dr A R Rahman and she is doing her own music concerts too. She has sung in A R Rahman’s Album Rasayana Rojakkal “ Yennile “Maha oliyo. She also performed “Ennile Maha in MTV coke studio seasion 3.
She is now set on helping aspiring musicians to explore the beautiful world of INDIAN and WESTERN music, through an innovative digital and social learning forum.

Sumathi Shekar was born and raised in a defence family. she began humming along by age 3. Sumathi has performed at every opportunity in several states across the country. Her father was a Captain in the Indian Army. So she traveled, lived a nomadic life and picked the beauty and nuances of the Indian languages.
After her father’s sudden demise, she took up jobs in the corporate sector, and the last job she held was in the automobile industry heading Corporate Sales for BMW. Her love for Nature dragged her towards PHOTOGRAPHY.
Her pictures are noteworthy for their technically sophisticated and evocative character, generating appropriate moods to move viewers. She talks about her work and the state of wildlife to young people across, hoping to inspire and win their commitment to this cause.
Well trained in CARNATIC , She decided to dedicate herself to music. She quit her Job and joined KM Music Conservatory run by Mr A R Rahman, successfully graduated in WESTERN and HINDUSTANI Vocals and in RUSSIAN PIANO with remarkable score. She was nurtured by the experts like:
